19th Alemi Meeting: virtual conference

Dear colleagues,

Thank you for getting back to me regarding the possibility of holding the Alemi meeting virtually this summer. Based on the feedback I received, the best dates are July 13-15, 2021.

If you wish to present, please send me your PowerPoint presentation by July 1st so I can post them on the Alemi website and give people a chance to read them. You can submit a standard PowerPoint presentation, or a PowerPoint presentation with voice presentation over the sides.

Discussion and social hours will take place on the following dates:

• Europe - Tuesday, July 13: Colleagues from Europe will be available from 9:00-17:00 (Paris/Stockholm Local time).
• Asia & Australia - Wednesday, July 14: Colleagues from Asia/Australia will be available from 9:00-17:00 (Beijing local time), 10:00-18:00 (Tokyo local time) and 11:00-19:00 (Melbourne local time)
• Americas - Thursday, July 15: Colleagues from the Americas will be available from 10:00-18:00 (Pacific), 13:00-21:00 (Eastern), 14:00-22:00 (São Paulo).

I will share the zoom meeting details in the coming weeks.
